1. Lesson observation is a practice we do in our school to  ensure effective teaching quality. by observing lessons we have uncovered certain aspects of need that can be used to improve and enhance teaching and learning.

we discuss the whole idea of monitoring teachers who are anxious about lesson evaluation. we do give support no matter how they feel about it or not and we relate it to the reality of instructional learning.

we encourage and support teachers to be motivated in school to be able to deliver well on lessons in class.

obervation is very important in effective teaching with out proper monitoring you can t get quality so keep it up .

Good morning and how are you doing i is true that lesson observation is key to enhance better teaching and learning strategies which will help the teachers adjust to certain areas but needs to identify a tools that is used for observation thank you
