2.I went through monthly assessment records and discovered that in some classes some pupils' performance were consistently not impressive .I took one class as a sample to find out what their problems were .Then I came to realise that they were slow learners that were not given enough support .So I called the teachers and spoke to them on the need for them to give them more support. I also called their parents and engaged them on how to support them at home. Later I conducted a school based training on issues that can improve pupils overall performance.

3.What steps can you take to foster a school=wide culture of reflective assessment where feedback ,collaboration, and inclusion  guide instructional decisions?

In our school, there is that culture of team work where each stream plan and work together .The academic board vets all assessment questions and ensure a fair assessment After every assessment ,we review the results together then the board will give me their recommendations for decision making .All assessment records for SENSs are given special attention to  give them equal learning opportunities

4.The support I can  give to students to reduce anxiety in exams is To sensitise teachers on how to help pupils to understand that they need not to stress themselves out of fear or anxiety .They let them be strict on issues related to exam malpractice but do their work in a relaxing  atmosphere .

5.I would like to use digital tools to store information for assessments and other records .These will be tools like laptops tablets USB drives . These tools cab be backup materials for easy access to all information

I agreed with the idea of keeping records in school management on digital devices because you can always get a backup on like the hardcopy.
