I can foster a school wide culture of reflective assessment  by promoting continuous learning among staff and students. This involves shifting from assessment  of learning to assessment for and as learning. This can be achieve by                                    1 Facilitating  collaboration through departmental  meeting and peer observation  allowing teachers to share strategies for effective assessment                                            2 Encouraging feedback loops where teachers and students  regularly review  progress and set improvement goals.                                                                                        3 creating inclusive assessment practices that provides  diverse learners needs making sure that no student is left behind.

Encouraging feedbacks to reflect on adapting good assignment practices will guide and shape the school progression

Monitoring progress also helps to have a well-documented data for the school in terms of progress report.

As a headteacher,I believe that teachers can serve as doctors to see as to what children have learnt or not through assessment but can equally inform you as a teacher about their challenges and Areas of improvement.
