2. Foster open communication  and count for transparency'            3. Align  hiring process with culture goals.                                            4.  Promote mental health and well being of students.                        d 5.Get to know the students strengths and  weakness in  reflection assessment                                                                                 6,Maintain  consistent communication  and practice  culture sensitivity.                                                                                                      7. Incorporate diversity in lesson plan and also give freedom and flexibility

indeed I agree with you as par your view of what assessment is all about .If people would many conduct actualy
l use the approaches you use in assessment then it will serve the purpose it deserves.
