As school administrator, assessment data should be able to give you many and varied information such as:

1, leader's ability and level of understanding of the course.

2, teacher's ability and knowledge of subject matter

3. availability and use of teaching and learning resources

4. parental support after school

with the above information as administrator, one should be able to plan on the following areas:

1. extra classes to support slow and low achievers to improve their performance

2. establish a training plan and training team to improve teaching strategies and pedagogy in low performing areas

3. provide relevant teaching and learning resources to enrich the lesson presentation and interaction.

4. sensitise parents on how they can support their children at home to help boost their performance.

after all the above, establish a strict internal monitoring plan that is implemented to monitor teaching and learning. also create study groups at home where students will interact and help each other in their weak areas.

Parental support after school refers to the ways parents and guardians help children continue learning, developing, and thriving outside regular school hours, this includes both academic and emotional support
