1. the types of records i keep in my school are:

attendance registers

academic reports

financial ledger

2. these help us to tract pupils attendance and inform parents and key stakeholders on pupils attendance. academic report also help the school and the community to gauge the performance of the children and put in place measures to boost performance. financial ledger directs the school on their budgeting and spending and inform stakeholders on how funds are utilize

3. the challenges face are limited resources and primitive filling system

4. the best practice for headteachers to keep records in a very clear format and it should be accessible for for key stakeholders and be up to date.

limited resources is a big challenge in our schools. most school did not have digital record keeping they rely on papers as a form of record custodian
