Dear Facilitator,
As a head teacher of the school, most of the time I rely on records such as the pupils and teachers attendance register and academic reports. The above records help me and my team the SMT to monitor regularity and punctuality there the contact and instruction hours will be tracked.
The academic records which includes assessment results for monthly, termly or end of year will help track pupils progress where I can evaluate effectiveness of lesson delivery and make inform decisions and report to stakeholders.
