1accademic report 2 attendance register 3 financial ledgers

How do these records help me in decision making

the  attendance help me to monitor the of pupils and teachers in the school

the academic report help me to monitor the performance of pupils.

the financial  ledger help me to monitor the money going in and out of the school.

The challenges i face face protecting school records there are so many challenges

1 proper filing system 2 good  cupboards for the files 

the way i address this is

i put all files in order and put them in a cupboard 

Digital recording is the best form  of recording  your files will be safe in a computer than the cupboard.

To work as a team to involve the SMT /SMC and mother clubs in running the school.

Good afternoon Mr Darboe good to identify records and how to store and protect them and good to involve stake holders to my experience some records were will protected from the type of stake holders good for them to be involved

keeping certain records confidential for certain stakeholders is also important because some people may not want their information to be shared with different people.

Greetings my Boss i agree with you some records should be confidential eg staff confidential records should only be shared with an individual.
