In my school we recognise that every learner has a unique strengths, challenges ,and learning styles. To ensure equitable support, we have  adapted the use of individualized Education  Plans (IEPs, ) for learners identified with special needs (SEN)

4. Supporting with Special Educational  Needs ( SEN ) requires a teamwork and open communication among all stakeholders. In my school, we use a collaborative approach that brings together teachers, learners, families, and external professionals to create holistic support system.

5. Since my school began implementing accommodations, curriculum, adaptations, and behaviour support strategies, we have seen noticeable improvements in both learner progress and overall school culture.
