the process of identifying and supporting learners with SEN are as follows,

  • Observing learning behaviours-noticing difficulties with focus and communications.
  • Reviewing records-checking previous learning profiles ,reports and individual Education plans.
  • Open communication-encouraging learners to shares any challenges they face.
Tools that are using in aiding learners with SEN.
  • Classroom observation checklist
  • learning behaviour logs 
  • Baseline assessments.
