Dear Lamb Facilitator,

1. Resource Management simply means proper monitoring and usage of resources to support teaching, learning and administrative processes. resources can be human, physical, financial and time.

2. these are some examples of effective resource management practices i have seen or implemented in my school. when the resources are well manage in the school, it helps :

-to allocate strategic priorities for student needs.

-to minimized waste and maximize value

-to support staff and teachers to deliver high quality education

-to keep the resources well maintained and safe

-to promote transparency and accountability

in so doing, it can make the student outcome improve and the name of the school move higher and higher

3. I currently motivates and support my staff in these ways

    i. provide lunch for them when they work harder

ii. organised open talk chart with them

iii. organised workshop for them to build up their capacity

iv. recognised the hard working teachers and award prizes to them

4. These are some of  the changes I would like to see in resources management in my school

Human Resources

For human resources I would like to see professional development opportunities, mentorship programs, inclusive decision-making

Financial Resources

under financial resources I would like to see transparent budgeting, prioritization and stakeholder involvement

Material Resources

I would like to see technology integration, resource allocation and sustainability

my regards to you
