Resource management
The efficient management of all resources in the school such as textbooks, furniture, classrooms, staff, pupils and ancillary staff, finance etc.
Effective resource management practices in my school involves delegating senior teachers to identify teaching and learning gaps in streams, maintenance needs. Create subcommittees among staff to raise funds and encourage community members during PTA meetings to contribute in the development of the school.
Motivate staff through verbal praise during meetings and award prize during speech ceremonies. Subcommittees contributes in development through extra curricular activities. Funding for the committee needs improvement.
Would like regular training for staff as its lacking due to funding. On finance, strengten transparency and involve stakeholders in planning. Encourage students to care for all materials in the school.

The community can also help in managing the school resources giving them the responsibilities and putting them in the school committees like, learner welfare and school environment, maintenance committee etc.
