3.Physical resources management this are building, classrooms, toilets, library furniture etc To ensure regular maintenance and repairing and also safety and accessibility to those areas 

Take inventory of all the furniture and ensure sustainable used of water and electricity 

4.Time management resources

This involve the used of school calendar, subjects and classroom Time table and action plan for all the activities in order to avoid wastage of instructional hours and ensuring effective meetings and planning.

5.Learning materials management this involve materials involved in learning eg,text books, teaching aids,chalk, and others to ensure that this materials are property store and available 

The challenges are

1.lack of funds for some materials 

2 sustainability is another problem 

3.Security off those materials is also another challenge
