Recognition of staff contribution to teaching and learning will boost morale and confidence.
Professional development of staff will boost their proficiency and competence.
Creating a suitable working environment free from violence, conspiracies and health hazards will improve teaching and learning activities.
Fair treatment and team building discourages unhealthy competition, holding grudges but encourages collaboration and acceptance.
