1. guidance and counselling in my current school is practised there well. it is giving both students and teachers the opportunity to excel in life and is providing them career guidance and being focused on their learning and or teaching.

CHALLENGES

The challenges faced is the lack of further training for the counsellor.

some feel shy to tell their stories

2. good leadership strategies such as the democratic style can work best by involving both actors and players.

3. teachers knew the the behaviour of most of the children and we address them based the emotions and behaviours they exhibit.

4. there was a moment we gave a good guidance to a boy who wanted to leave school and it worked out. he was matured and wanted to embark on the backway to Europe but we told him about the challenges ahead he have to accept and move on with schooling.

inadequate training or lack of training is big challenge in the schools.
