Stakeholder engagement is crucial for the success of any project, initiative, or organizational change. Engaging stakeholders helps build trust, gather valuable insights, manage expectations, and ensures better outcome.                                                   Last year when we planning for our inter house competition, the sport department  met and discuss with the admin. We then agreed to involved the women in Ndemban village. we selected four groups among them and named them after our kunders, so some of the members from the sport department with the school chairman went to meet the women leaders with packets of mint to inform them that the school kunders  are named after their kafos. They were very pleased with that and even requested for T- shirts with their kafo,s name on it from the sport department it was a bit challenging to print all the T-shirts, but we managed to print most of the shirts and sell it to them. This raised funds for the school. On the day of the competition, they shop and cooked for their respective kundas and also went with them to the  field to cheer for them, and they also supported them with money. There was a competition among the kafos which made the event one of its kind and it was well enjoyed by both students, staff and the community at large
