A grate example of community involvement can positively impact a school's performance. The school faced challenges with low academic achievement and high absenteeism, but through active community engagement, we saw a grate and positive changes. Organising regular PTA meetings and open days to discuss learners welfare and their performance with their parent. Regular community visit also helps meeting the pupils parents in their compound and discussing their child's progress in the school; there you will know their problems and you will know the strategies to use to solve their problems.
