This is the leadership that allow the members to participate in the running of the school. In my school all teachers are involve in decision making and we all have responsibilities to do. The deputy head teacher is responsible for teachers register, she make sure that teachers are regular and punctual and teacher leaving the school takes permission from her. The senior teachers on the other hand are responsible for monitoring teachers record weekly. teachers take care care of the duty roster, they make sure that students come to school and are always neat and tidy.  Among the student we have councillors , they work with the teachers on duty and make sure students abide by he rules and regulations of the school and also see that are given the best that they deserve. The school committee  also have a very important role to  play in the development of the school. They take part in the decision making and so many development project that happen in the school. The parent also play a vital role in the school, whenever they are call for a meeting, they attend in their large number and take part in decision making. They also have taking part in many development project, like fencing the school premiss.  Finally I just supervise and monitor their activities.
