Dear facilitator,
The areas i would like to strengthen as a head teacher is my skill in data driven in structural leadership especially when it comes in terms of using assessment result s to guide me to help gauge the progress of the children so that immediate can be administered were necessary. I would also like to strength the amount of school-based workshop in a year to help build the capacity of my teachers which will in turn reflect on the children's performance.
