The situational leadership style is the most appropriate, it encourages flexibility, negotiation and it gives a leader the room to adopt to situation and team member's needs in terms of conflict resolutions encouraging the development of both the leader and team members.

moreover, the situational style improvers relationships, build trust and understanding with team members for better decision-making allowing leader to adjust their approach based on the situation.

the situational leaderships style fosters instructional focus through ensure leaders and team members adopt to situation for example in the current generation of technology situational leaders motivates their team members to adopt to satiation this ensures instructional fucus.

as a headteacher i will love to strengthen capacity building on IT training for teachers and censusing a better learning environment for both teachers and students through facilities renovation and provision of learning equipment.
