I feel more confident in instructional focus simply because it is a leadership that many school leaders adopt or cheer and also it naturally aligns with my core identity as educator. In short i feel comfortable because it stays close to the heart of education (teaching and learning) whiles fostering collaboration and visible results.
when i see students' progress improved because of stronger instruction, it immediately gratify and reenforce my effort.
