This is really to provide all the documents that are used or have been used so far. Initially, these will relate to the work in Kiribati and Sierra Leone, but we hope that later documents, relating to other countries, will be put up here as they emerge. Some documents may be generic, particularly as related to the M&E Framework, though initially they were developed for Cohort A countries. Any questions and discussion associated with the documentation can be conducted here (though how they are used in the field will be better above or in the next discussion threads).
