Hi everyone!

My name is Washington Ochola. I am an international consultant based in Nairobi. I have supported several local, national and international processes, studies and organizations/countries on diverse fields ranging from agriculture, food systems, education/teacher education, development partner effectiveness, M&E, institutional development, project management, foresighting, research & scientific communication, web 2.0 technologies, eLearning, policy, environment and sustainable development.

I will be working with the COL on the TFP to help design data/information collation tools, assess field level data from pilot countries and refine research, monitoring and evaluation frameworks and design Value for Money (VfM) model for tracking efforts/pathways in education for sustainable development.

I will engage with the forum over the next days as we consolidate the planning and co-execute the assignment.

Thank you!

Welcome Washington

We look forward to hearing more from you - and about the M & E in particular.

In South Africa, the M & E is being undertaken by post-doc students at the University of Fort Hare under the guidance of the Dean of the School of Education but they have not yet started so we are very open to suggestions

kind regards

Janet
