1.I have been using my SIP to drive progress by aligning activities ith SIP goals , such as improving WASH facilities . Using SIP information prioritize initiatives and allocate resources.
2.The strategies i used to involve my staff, students and parents in the planning of my SIP was to gather all these stakeholders in the school and discussed the way forward.
3.Some of the challenges i faced were limited resources , resistance to change and tight schedules.
4.One successive initiative was strong stakeholder buy-in , clear goals and adaptable planning.
