2. The common data challenges include ;
*Incomplete or inaccurate data, sometimes the forms weren't filled out properly or consistently . Too much information, data wasn't clear .
3. PMS cad drive accountability and quality by tracking learner outcomes through monitoring progress , identifying gaps and informing interventions . Staff Performance Management through setting goals, tracking progress and supporting growth. Optimizing resource use, identifying lapses and informing budget decisions.
