AS we all know monitoring and evaluation is a key component of effective learning .Therefor in implementing it to have a success measure of it , I sensitized
my teaching staff on the use of monitoring and evaluation and how the data will be collected before the process. Also involved them in designing the tools to be used and explain that the monitoring tool is not to witch-hunt but to improve quality in education. And also know our strength and area to improve. In doing this, can reduce fear of teachers when monitoring.
The data collected is the implementation tools such as observation checklist and feedback forms which help in adjust area of improvement.U

Great Mary teachers should understand that monitoring and evaluation is not a witch hunt but a process of improving performance.
