Monitoring and evaluation tools can be use in school to : Track progress of teachers performance, monitor student learning outcomes and school projects . Morning in the other hand identify gaps that needs improvement and support for conducive teaching and learning environment. The use of data to uplift plans and resource allocation enhances stakeholders to know strength and areas needing improvement. As monitoring and evaluation tools is key in teaching and learning environment regular reporting and giving feedback of teachers and students prevails for accountability .
