Design of monitoring and evaluation tools :

Monitoring and evaluation (M &E) tools are designed in my school to make sure that they suit accountability and the provision of stakeholders involvement by:

--reflection on the staff professional development;I highlighted the strengths and weakness of the teaching staff through classroom observation which was based on the monitoring schedule prepared and communicated to all staff. This includes lesson planning and delivery, curriculum coverage, punctuality and regularity. Teachers data on attendance was analyzed and presented to all staff which were later displayed in  the headteacher's office. Feedback was given and necessary action were taken for improvement.

--Stakeholders engagement on transparency, constructive feedbacks conducted at a general PTA meeting was included to discuss to make informed decisions.

--The support follow-up came after when the activities of collecting data for analysis was successfully conducted. This help to strategies and make follow up activities.

B. The teaching staff, supportive staff, pupils and parents involvement in decisions making and communication was the orientation session conducted to ensure there is a balance in making decisions by considering the concept of SMART on M & E.

On the collective role considering to motivate team collaborative work were properly observed and Shared among staff and other stakeholders.
