HOW I CONTRIBUTED TO WASH PRACTICES IN MY SCHOOL

As a headteacher,  I  personally contributed to WASH Practices in my school on several  ways.  This includes the following:

I wrote for sponsorship to a British philanthropist in improving the water supply system and a borehole was dug in the school. Then I  wrote the zBriama Area Council for dustbins and the school was donated with three. I also ,with the help of my staff ,called for a sensitisation meeting on WASH Practices in which the Ministry of Health personnel were invited. In that meeting, the community  agreed to contribute towards the purchase of WASH  materials, which they did. I also not only established, but empowered a water committee in the school.
