The proper planning of SIP helps me in identifying gaps because i involve all stake holders like teachers, students. SMC, Mothers club and all other stake holders in preparing the SIP because we all sit together and look at the gaps in the school example learner welfare and school environment curriculum delivery community , community participation, and all other gaps in the school we plan for those areas and improve in them example NAT results in percentage, maintenance in the school, and all other gaps with the help of the SIP all those areas are are put into consideration and all are improved on. Although we have some challenges in the implementation because some times it is due to the late payment of SIG and that give us problems but with collaboration with colleagues we overcome them .SIP helps us a lot in managing gaps in the school.
