There are a number of obstacles to overcome when implementing WASH programs at Jiffin LBS, but each one has also presented a chance for advancement. A significant obstacle is a lack of resources, especially when it comes to buying cleaning supplies and maintaining sanitary facilities. In order to solve this, I collaborated closely with members of the community and the School Management Committee (SMC) to organise local support, which included workers, brooms, and detergent donations for school cleaning days.

Inconsistent staff and student engagement in daily hygiene practices is another issue. Some students disregard or fail to wash their hands properly. In order to address this, the CRS train some committees on  hygiene  from the community members and some cook  in the school.
