In Jiffin Lower Basic School, I have contributed to strengthening WASH systems through a combination of awareness creation, monitoring, and community engagement. First, I regularly sensitize learners during assembly and staff during meetings on the importance of proper hygiene, including handwashing with soap, safe water handling, and keeping the school environment clean. I support the cooks with hygiene materials and regular monitoring, and classroom routines so that good practices become part of daily behaviour.
