The most persistent challenge in implementing WASH initiatives in my school is inadequate materials example tip-tap, hand wash basins and sensitization of the community on hygiene and proper hand wash and proper use of the toilets.
In my school we have enough stand pipe and all the toilets have taps and water inside every toile there are soap to an individual to wash his or her hands after use.
