Unit 8 Discussion: Leadership in action - Elevating teaching quality

Here are the practices i will implement  to  ensure  quality teaching and learning.:                                                                                                    As a leader one should focus  on effective monitoring of records including  lesson delivery , curriculum  coverage  instructional hours ,and others as these are crucial in teaching and learning effectivity                                                                                       The other aspect , is to m ensure and maintain  collaboration and team work  among teachers to promote shared ideas .                                                                                                
Allow teachers in decision making ,by taking ownership and innovation   in their classes,                                                                         Enhance student engagement  and outcomes  in skills and academic.   Effective usage of  resources  in teaching and learning needs.                                                                                             The challenges  in adopting these practice  in my school  varies:    1.Funding gaps: teacher needs to acquire skills and knowledge to teach effectively  in their classes with the implementation of school base training . Insufficient or lack of resources to support teaching and learning.
