One of the leadership role used in promoting effective teaching in my school,is the introduction of IT literacy thereby bridging the tec-gap in teacher and professional development is to provide training at the school level with a structural path inorder to prioritise practical hands on application and ongoing support .It's goal is to move beyond basic skills to a wider integration of technology that will enhance teaching and learning outcomes.
