Lesson Observation when this is done properly i always make sure that those observation forms i use to observe them i give it back to the teacher to go through to help them develop in their weak areas it encourages them to reflect on some of the teaching methodology and peer coaching helps them share their experience among themselves and learn from each other.
In balancing support and accountability monitoring instructional practices requires building trust most especially when teachers are anxious about evaluating you must clarify the purpose of monitoring and support them in growth as teachers always praise them., whenever they did well and encourage them and always check progress and support
Always tap their backs whenever they do good in celebrate them and help them recognize
them. handwork share stories of successes and challenges Always give them something
to encourage them like small token of appreciation.
like in my school i make sure that the teaching staff share the best practices among them so that they all feel valued.
