1. In my school we use assessment feedback and analyze it to see how to help learners that are struggling and provide extra support in areas they need support. besides, share it with stakeholders so that it would be collaborative support.
2. oh yes, there were instances where our assessment strategies pose a challenge for our learners. teachers use only one test item (multiple choice) to assess students which put learners at some risk to answer open ended question, matching, restricted etc.
3. Together as a school we can collaborate to create a wider culture of reflective assessment by organizing school based-work shop. whereby an expert on assessment techniques will take teachers through varieties of assessment techniques that catered for feedback, collaboration and inclusion guide instructional decisions.
4. Anxiety can be minimized by organizing continuous assessment to learners and exam trials for them to be familiar themselves with exam environment.
5. There is no digital tool in the school to support assessment. we would like to have digital tool to make assessment more fear, flexible and learner friendly.
