Dear facilitator,
Assessment data is a very important tool in the school because it help us to;
1.when assessment is given and analyse, it help us to identify the pupils that are lacking behind.
2.It help us to create a class study for them after school and give them support on the areas they needed help from.
3. It helps us to tract learners progress.
4. It helps the admin and staff to discuss on how to support and improve learners outcomes.
1.An example that comes to my mind is the grading process of pupils using pencil, colours and A4 papers.
The leadership decision i will use is sensitising teachers and the PTAs on the new assessment strategies.
To foster a school wide culture of reflective assessment i will consider the following;
