I fully agree with you ma because assessment is not sometimes for report purposes but as a tool that guides the school for unique planning.

Good morning Isatou, it may also be possible that the teaching strategies employed by the teacher caused the low performance so its important that diverse strategies be employed to help. its also important to give extra support to the learners to boost their performance.
