Ii can clearly remember days in school is= see some people with special need face problems
some of these problem were
1 DIFFICULTY IN ACCESSING MATERIALS
2 THE WORKING ENVIROMENT
3 DIFFICLTY IN MOVING AROUND THE SCHOOL ENVIROMENT THE VARENDERS WERE NOT HAVING RAMS
What can be done for people facing barriers due to special needs
provide accessible learning and working environment
offer individual support
Build individual policies
Raise awareness
Ensure access to services
What could be done differently to create more inclusive outcome
-screening at early child hood centres
-early referral system
-support as soon as difficulties appear
What role could leadership have played in transformation
policy making
Resource provision
Capacity building
