In my school identifying and support learners with SEN firstly begins during registration where some are identify or during classroom observation through the help of the class teacher where some are identify and finally with the help of the parents where the parent with imform the head that the child is suffering from this or that.
After identifying the head teachers apply strategies on how to help that child either by providing tools that will effectively support the child or approaches which will have a clear impact on both the learners and school in which the learners with SEN will be confidence, and independence to always engage in class activities where the behavior of the SEN will declined and staff will able to respond to challenges
