1. What does resource management mean to you in your school context?
Resource management in my school mean the way I control my resources to achieve my target.
These resources include Human financial material
2. Can you share examples of effective resource management practices you seen or implement?
An example of effective resource management I implement in my school is monthly assessment to identify week areas for students. And also monitoring the core text books teaching and learning progress
3. How do you currently motivate and support your staff? What HR strategies have worked well or need improvement?
I motivate my staff members by giving award at the end of the year and also support them with necessary resources they need in the school.
4. What changes would you like to see in how resources (human, financial, material) are managed in the school?
The changes I would like to see in human resources is, let those lacking behind and are not awarded imitate the awarded ones.
In the financial aspect, money that is given to the school to run it should be increase so that any material or resources needed could be purchase.
