3. Motivating and supporting staff effectively requires a mix of recognition, professional growth opportunities, clear communication, and well-being support.

1, Recognition and Appreciation

I currently motivate and support my staff  by using the following structured approached

Verbal or written praise: Acknowledge achievements in meetings, newsletters, or staff notice boards.

Awards and Certificates:  Celebrate teacher of the month, innovative teaching ideas, or extra effort.

Public Acknowledgement: Recognized staff contributions during assembles, parent-teacher meetings or staff gatherings.

2. Professional Development:

Training and Workshops: Offer access to courses in pedagogy, ICT skills, or               leadership.

Mentoring and Peer Support: Pair less experienced teachers with for guidance.

Career Advancement Opportunities: provide pathways for promotion or                     leadership roles within the school.

     3. Clear Communication and involvement:

Regular staff meetings: Keep staff informed about school priorities and                      listen to their input.

Decision-making inclusion: involve teacher in planning curriculum, extra                     curricular activities, or school policies.

Transparent feedback: Provide constructive feedback that helps staff                         improve without discouraging them.

Motivating isn`t just about rewards- it`s about supporting staff                                     professionally, emotionally and socially, creating an environment where                     they feel valued, capable and engaged.
