I can be a better Head Teacher through continuous capacity building and motivation. Capacity building will help me learn about best school management practices whilst motivating me through promotions and provision of adequate and timely resources such as human, material, financial etc. will help boost my moral and confidence in delivering my work efficient and effectively.
The idea of linking capacity building and motivation is good, but the connection could be clearer. For example, capacity building focuses on skills, while motivation focuses on incentives/resources.
