The leadership style that best describe my current practice as a head teacher is in structural leadership. A type of leadership that focuses primarily on improving teaching and learning in our schools. this type of leadership goes beyond managing schedules or budges but concentrates on the main mission of education which is to improve students' performance. This acts as a coach and guide, ensuring that all instructional practices are aligned with the aim of improving learning outcomes.
