In other for a school to attain her goals and aspirations, there must be a conducive environment for teaching and learning. Inadequate human and material resources are key factors responsible for poor performances of pupils in both internal and external examinations. Both the teachers and learners find it very easy and comfortable if the necessary materials are adequately in place.

Yes I agree with you that inorder to be good headteacher human and material resources ,are very important without that you can't have effective teaching and learning.
