Dear lamb Facilitaor what will make me a good head teacher to be regular and punctual because is very key in leadership it pays a lot of dividend in teaching and learning. If this two are lacking in a school there will be low performance and alot of time is wasted and teachers will not be regular and punctual if the head is coming late and absent
Hello Michelle I agree with you because if you the head teacher is not regular and punctual in school, it will be very difficult to adress a teacher with the same problem.
Michelle punctuality and regularity is key in keeping standards it means come to school sign and stay in the school.
