I really agree with you that school management and leadership training should be ongoing as this the will help heads of schools to better manage their schools.
However, the timely and availability if resources and the involvement of relevant stakeholders is also key.

Dear Amadou,

your suggestions on how to improve stakeholder engagement were very apt .This is because parents will always answer calls such as PTA meetings and they always ensure that they honour their most of the agreements the come up with.
