Dear Betty and colleagues,
I was shocked by the sudden passing of Dr Ochola. Although I have never met him, he came through in his various Forum messages as a very knowledgeable M & E expert and Development Specialist. We were all looking forward to working with him.
He will certainly be missed by members of this forum and above all by his family and colleagues in Kenya and COL.
May his soul rest in peace and may God give his family the courage to bear this irreparable loss, amen.
