Hello. My name is Donna Rodney. I am an International Development Consultant, currently working with the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education (MoBSE) in The Gambia. I am a UK qualified teacher with an extensive career in teaching and learning. I developed my senior management teaching in the UK, before embarking on a move to West Africa that presented wonderful opportunities for my family. I was the head of several international schools in Abuja - Nigeria and The Gambia - where I am currently based.
